These questions are designed to get to know you, your family, and your living situation. With these questions, we will be able to match the puppy better with its new home.

Please note we do not discriminate against any living situation. These questions are simply to gage your lifestyle and environment so that we can set good expectations early and match you with the right puppy.

Puppies can be delivered to a local airport at an additional cost. We can refer you to a flight nanny and you will make the arrangements between you and the flight nanny.

SUBMIT APPLICATION

I understand that applying does not guarantee approval and that waitlist applicants are added based on a first-come first-serve basis.

Once a puppy is selected, a non-refundable deposit of $500 will be required. This amount will be applied toward the remaining balance.
